Paul J. Higley has been employed as a Support Engineer by Vestal & Wiler Technology Services, since 2001.

  Paul’s duties include internal support for Vestal & Wiler CPA firm, handling all aspects of hardware and software support for both the Audit and Tax Departments.  His duties encompass all aspects of network administration and desktop support for the firm.   He also oversees the administration of Technology Services Web, Mail and DNS servers, as well as providing desktop and network support for Technology Services external clients.

  His experience covers all Microsoft desktop operating systems from Windows for Workgroups through Windows XP.  He also is experienced supporting both Novell and Microsoft Network operating systems and Cisco Pix Firewalls.

Paul has attained his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - MCSE and Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA certifications.
