Peter Hilera is a Shareholder in the Tax Services Department of Vestal & Wiler.  He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting in 1992.  Peter has also received his "Certified in Florida Sales and Use Tax" designation from the Florida Department of Revenue which qualifies him to conduct sales and use tax audits under the supervision of the Florida Department of Revenue.

   Prior to joining Vestal & Wiler, Peter was a tax manager with the national tax office at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.  While    at PwC, he served various clients advising them on the aspects of international equity plans and executive compensation issues.  Peter also has experience in the individual tax aspects of expatriate and inpatriate taxation.

    Peter is responsible for federal and state tax compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals.

CURRENT AND PAST COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT INCLUDES:

   Peter is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
