Terry Wiler is the President of Vestal & Wiler.  He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1980.  He has been engaged in the practice of public accounting since that time.

   Prior to 1991, he was in charge of Deloitte & Touche's tax services department in Orlando.  As a designated national firm specialist on S Corporations, he was responsible for serving Deloitte & Touche clients throughout the U.S. on technical issues that arise with S Corporations and other private companies.

  Terry continues to devote a significant amount of time serving S Corporations and other privately held companies in tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring.  Since 1985, Terry has continued to be very active in providing international tax consulting services to domestic and foreign clients.

   Terry is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as the AICPA Tax Division and International Tax Committee.
