Tim O'Toole is the Shareholder in Charge of the Accounting and Auditing Services Department of Vestal & Wiler.  He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and minor in Management.

   Tim's public accounting background includes eleven years of experience with Deloitte & Touche in the Dayton, Ohio and Orlando, Florida offices.  His public accounting industry experience spans publicly and privately held companies engaged in manufacturing, real estate and construction, retain and wholesale trades and service industries.  He also has experience in auditing employee benefit plans and is responsible for the firm's fraud investigation practice having led numerous fraud-related engagements.  Tim's public accounting experience is complemented by one year as CFO of a chain of retail clothing stores and three years as Senior Vice-President and Treasurer of a rapidly growing manufacturer of plastic lawn and garden products.  He has also lectured to various groups on auditing, finance, fraud and retail related topics.

   Tim is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
